Upon selecting [Reports] from the left menu, Reports page appears
There are two types of Reports are generated
CRM Performance Reports
They provide you with information on how your CRM is preforming including:
- How your CRM is divided by Number of Leads, Prospects, Opportunities and Accounts
- The source of your leads
- And the demographic information including location
Conversion reports
Provides you with information on the changes or conversations within your CRM
- Number of [Leads to Prospects, Prospects to Opportunity, Opportunity to Account] conversion
- Location
