We offer a mechanism for users to generate scripts to be plugged into their newsletter form to capture leads and funnel it into the mPonics database.
When the lead goes to the company website and clicks to Signup for newsletter there will be a Popup to sign up for newsletter where they can fill out:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Company Name
- Email Address
In the CRM, the lead becomes an Open Lead (based on assignment rules set up in CRM, this lead can automatically be assigned to either a marketer or a sales person) with “Lead Source” field reflecting “Newsletter Sign Up”.
Upon qualifying the lead, the lead is converted to either tie back to an existing account or a new account is automatically created if not yet in the CRM with this contact now tied to it
When sending the newsletter, a “send list” is created by pulling in all contacts with the newsletter opt-in field that is checked.
