We offer a mechanism for users to generate scripts to be plugged into their form to capture leads and funnel it into mPonics database.
When a lead goes to company website and fills out the “Free Trial” form through their registration we collect:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Company Name
- Job Title
- Email Address
- Phone Number
Upon submitting the form, the lead receives instant access to a trial version of the service/product
In the CRM, the lead is created as an Open Lead (based on assignment rules set up in the CRM, this lead is assigned to either a marketer or sales person) with “Lead Source” field set as “Free Trial”.
A task is created for the Open Lead owner with a due date of free trial duration end date that triggers an alert/email for the lead owner to follow up
Upon qualifying the lead, the lead is converted to either tie back to an existing account or a new account is automatically created if not yet in the CRM with this contact now tied to it
