The below scenarios are ways for new leads to enter the mPonics database along with the marketing process behind each.

Newsletter Sign Up Form

We offer a mechanism for users to generate scripts to be plugged into their newsletter form to capture leads and funnel it into the mPonics database.

When the lead goes to the company website and clicks to Signup for newsletter there will be a Popup to sign up for newsletter where they can fill out:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Company Name
  • Email Address

 

In the CRM, the lead becomes an Open Lead (based on assignment rules set up in CRM, this lead can automatically be assigned to either a marketer or a sales person) with “Lead Source” field reflecting “Newsletter Sign Up”.

Upon qualifying the lead, the lead is converted to either tie back to an existing account or a new account is automatically created if not yet in the CRM with this contact now tied to it

When sending the newsletter, a “send list” is created by pulling in all contacts with the newsletter opt-in field that is checked.

Contact Request Form

We offer a mechanism for users to generate scripts to be plugged into their contact form to capture leads and funnel it into mPonics database.

When the lead goes to company website and fills out the “Contact Request” form we collect:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Company Name
  • Job Title
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number

In the CRM, a lead is created as an Open Lead (based on assignment rules set up in CRM, this lead is assigned to either a marketer or sales person)

An alert is automatically sent to assigned employees letting them know that someone has requested contact

Upon qualifying the lead, the lead is converted to either tie back to an existing account or a new account is automatically created if not yet in the CRM with this contact now tied to it

Free Trial Form

We offer a mechanism for users to generate scripts to be plugged into their form to capture leads and funnel it into mPonics database.

When a lead goes to company website and fills out the “Free Trial” form through their registration we collect:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Company Name
  • Job Title
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number

 

Upon submitting the form, the lead receives instant access to a trial version of the service/product

In the CRM, the lead is created as an Open Lead (based on assignment rules set up in the CRM, this lead is assigned to either a marketer or sales person) with “Lead Source” field set as “Free Trial”.

A task is created for the Open Lead owner with a due date of free trial duration end date that triggers an alert/email for the lead owner to follow up

Upon qualifying the lead, the lead is converted to either tie back to an existing account or a new account is automatically created if not yet in the CRM with this contact now tied to it

Video Content Download

We offer a mechanism for users to generate scripts to be plugged into their content form to capture leads and funnel it into the mPonics database.

When the a person goes to the company website and clicks to see a Video their information will automatically be collected

The information is collected through a pop up and captures:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Company Name
  • Email Address

In the CRM,  the lead becomes an Open Lead (based on assignment rules set up in CRM, this lead can automatically be assigned to either a marketer or a sales person) with “Lead Source” field reflecting “Content Download”.

Upon qualifying the lead, the lead is converted to either tie back to an existing account or a new account is automatically created if not yet in the CRM with this contact now tied to it

Meeting Room Registration

We offer a mechanism for users to generate scripts to be plugged into their webinar form to capture leads and funnel it into the mPonics database. The user will fill out a form with details such as:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address

We track users who attended the meeting.

In CRM, the lead becomes an Open Lead (based on assignment rules set up in CRM, this lead can automatically be assigned to either a marketer or a sales person) with “Lead Source” field reflecting “Webinar Registration”.

Upon qualifying the lead, the lead is converted to either tie back to an existing account or a new account is automatically created if not yet in the CRM with this contact now tied to it

Tradeshow

The lead’s contact information is collected at trade show

Marketer uploads trade show contact list (.csv file) into trade show campaign

In CRM, a new lead is created as an Open Lead (based on assignment rules set up in CRM, this lead can automatically be assigned to either a marketer or a sales person) with “Lead Source” field reflecting “Tradeshow”.

Upon qualifying the lead, the lead is converted to either tie back to an existing account or a new account is automatically created if not yet in the CRM with this contact now tied to it

Lead Channel Source

You can create, copy, update and delete generated scripts which will plugged into their Lead Channel Type

Number of visitors gets updated when anyone visits corresponding Lead Channel Type in which generate scripts are plugged in

Number of Leads gets updated upon qualifying the lead

Conversion rate will also  be updated based on successful conversion of leads

Lead Scoring

Checking Lead Scoring:

On the Lead Generation page there is a button on the upper right hand side that says lead scoring, select it.

Upon selecting “Lead Scoring” button in the right corner, [Lead Scoring] page will appear

System Defined [Scoring Title, Score and Operation Type] are listed here

There is no way to change the score from the system defined scores.
